● ระยะเวลาการใช้คูปอง สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้ถึงวันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน 2568

● Promotion period can purchase until October 31, 2025

● Coupon usage period can use until November 30, 2025

หมายเหตุ

● ราคาดังกล่าวรวมค่าแพทย์และค่าบริการโรงพยาบาล

● ในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีการรับบริการเพิ่มเติมนอกเหนือจากในโปรแกรมดังกล่าว ลูกค้าจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
