Promotion period and Coupon expiration date
● Orders placed by February 28, 2026: Valid until March 31, 2026.
● Orders placed from March 1, 2026 onwards: Valid until June 30, 2026.
หมายเหตุ:
- โปรแกรมนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ได้กับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี และหญิงตั้งครรภ์
- ราคาดังกล่าวรวมค่าแพทย์ และค่าบริการโรงพยาบาล
- ในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีการรับบริการเพิ่มเติมนอกเหนือจากในโปรแกรมดังกล่าว ลูกค้าจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
- เนื่องจากสินค้าและบริการเป็น โปรแกรมตรวจสุขภาพ จึงไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือขอคืนเงินเป็นบางส่วนของสินค้าได้
- ไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ในกรณีที่มาใช้บริการแล้ว
- ไม่สามารถออกใบเสร็จของทางโรงพยาบาลสมิติเวชได้จนกว่าจะมาเข้ารับบริการ
- ราคาดังกล่าวขอสงวนสิทธิ์สำหรับชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติที่อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น

- This vaccine program cannot be administered to children under 18 years old or pregnant women
- Price includes doctor’s fees and outpatient service fees.
- Services received in addition to those specified in the program are subject to additional costs.
