● Orders placed by February 28, 2026: Valid until March 31, 2026.
● Orders placed from March 1, 2026 onwards: Valid until June 30, 2026.

- ราคาดังกล่าวไม่รวมค่าแพทย์และค่าบริการโรงพยาบาล
- ในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีการรับบริการเพิ่มเติมนอกเหนือจากในโปรแกรมดังกล่าว ลูกค้าจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
