- ไม่สามารถออกใบเสร็จของทางโรงพยาบาลสมิติเวชได้ จนกว่าจะมาเข้ารับบริการ
- ราคาดังกล่าวขอสงวนสิทธิ์สำหรับชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติที่อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
